you feel like the city is moving faster than your own breathing.
That is usually a good time to slow everything down.
Not to withdraw, but to re-tune.

Knowing when to push, and when to pause.
The more I observe, the more I realise -
connection doesn’t come from broadcasting louder.
It comes from noticing, listening, and showing up with honesty.
